A Cornerstone bathroom renovation is fully scoped before work starts. Your fixed price covers every item listed — there are no "extras" invoiced after completion.
Standard bathroom package
- Full tile removal and substrate preparation
- Waterproof membrane to walls and floor (before tiling)
- New floor and wall tiling (mid-quality ceramic or porcelain)
- WC suite and installation
- Washbasin and pedestal
- Shower tray or wet room drain
- Mixer taps and shower fitting
- Towel rail
- All plumbing connections and testing
- Making good of any disturbed surfaces
Bathroom renovation costs 2026
- Standard bathroom: GHS 12,000–25,000
- Premium bathroom: GHS 25,000–50,000
- En-suite (compact): GHS 9,000–18,000
- Wet room conversion: GHS 18,000–35,000
- Waterproofing only (existing bathroom): GHS 3,500–8,000
The most common bathroom failure: Tiling directly over unprotected block or plaster without a waterproof membrane. We include substrate waterproofing as standard in every bathroom renovation — not as an optional extra. It cannot be retrofitted without removing all tiles.
