Strip Foundations
Reinforced concrete strip foundations to structural engineer's specification. 42.5N cement as standard. Correct depth confirmed by soil investigation.
Raft Foundations
Required for waterlogged or variable soil — Kasoa, Spintex wetland edge, low-lying Tema plots. Reinforced concrete raft to structural drawings.
Ground Floor Slab
150mm reinforced concrete slab on hardcore. Includes DPC and anti-termite treatment as standard. Minimum 21-day cure before loading.
Suspended Slab
First and upper floor slabs. Formwork, reinforcement to structural drawings, concrete pour, minimum 21-day cure before striking formwork.
Columns and Beams
Reinforced concrete columns and beams. Steel bending and fixing to structural engineer's bar schedule. Concrete placed and vibrated correctly.
Driveways and Paths
150mm reinforced concrete driveway slabs, external walkways, and hardstanding areas.
