Route 1: Your drawings, our build
If you already have architect's drawings, we provide a full itemised fixed-price quote against your specific design. We build exactly what is on the drawings — no value-engineering or substitutions without your written approval.
This is the most cost-efficient route if you already have a good relationship with an ARB-registered architect.
Route 2: Design and build
If you don't have drawings yet, we coordinate the full design process — ARB-registered architect for architectural drawings, GhIE-registered structural engineer for foundation and frame design, building permit application management — and then build under a single fixed-price contract.
